Onkaro is an agency working with Startup companies; providing branding, marketing and communication design services along with workshops and consulting. We help the founders better communicate their ideas to investors and customers through their pitches and visually appealing communication materials designed by our team. We are a growing company and we need you to ensure a strong and steady growth; create long-term value for Onkaro.

As Business Development Manager you will:
• Proactively network with existing customers to sell Onkaro services
• Identify and proactively pursue new prospects to grow the Onkaro customer base through targeted contacts, trade shows, and client visits to generate sales revenue in line with targets
• Contributing to the design process by having a strong POV on the brand vision, strategic direction and business objectives  
• Working with partners and vendors across web development, printing and production processes
• Provide management reports to support decision making (internally and externally)
• Set financial and operational goals and measure against them
• Ensure accounting and operational data is accurate
• Ensure project and retainer scopes of work are set up to meet strategic goals (e.g. profitability or sales)

Qualifications/ Requirements:
• 4+ Years of experience in a similar position   
• The candidate should hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or another relevant field
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, confident, and excited to lead
• Eagerness to work in the Tech Startup industry and in touch with the latest market developments
• Startup Company or Digital Agency experience a plus
• Established contacts and relationships with current and potential customers
• Compelling interpersonal, networking, communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented, organized, and proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
• Ability and flexibility to multi-task, work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident


This is a 3-6 month trial position with a potential to turn into a full time position. You will be working at our location in SoHo.
